Step by step how to collect, bag, send and receive payment.
So you're probably wondering what do I do once I have someone who is interested in sending in their gold or silver, right? It's a very simple process.
1.) Make sure that you have each person's items bagged individually in a ziplock or any other type of resealable bag. Include either a label or piece of paper with their name, phone # and email address as well as any comments. For instance, if they want stones removed, a call before we process with their offer, etc.
2.) EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Fill out one of the client information sheets for each client. Information that is required: Name, d/o/b, address, driver's license #, eye color, hair color, signature at the bottom and thumb print. This information is to protect both our company and you as a consultant from any claims of stolen items.
3.) If needed, provide the client with a receipt for all items that you collect. This will be a case by case basis. Most clients don't require this, but if you have someone who is skeptical or nervous about sending in their items, you can do this for them to help alleviate any fears they have.
4.) Put the bag(s) of items in a manila folder along with the information sheets for each client.
5.) Take the package to the Post Office and overnight it to us at the following address:

6.) Make sure you let me know immediately after you send the package so that I can make sure to be there to sign for it when it arrives. Once I receive the package, I will assess all items. If the individual wants to be contacted, I will call them with their offer. I will also call the consultant with the total for the individual or party. If all parties agree to their offer, payments and any stones to be returned as well as any items that weren't real will be packaged and overnighter back to the consultant. Your consultant commission will also be included in the return package.
7.) You receive the package and distribute payments and other items to each guest.
